Simple Diving Gear Mod 1.15.1/1.14.4 adds a suit of diving gear, with one optional upgrade. It applys potion effects and enchantments while in the water, and removes them when you leave it. When wearing the suit outside of the water, you’ll be slowed and have a hard time mining, as it’s quite cumbersome. But when in the water, it’s a completely different story. You get the ability to swim in place, quickly and reliably. You can break blocks at a more normal speed, and of course you can breathe underwater.
You ever try building something underwater? Rough, right? The constant drowning, the slowness of breaking blocks, the lack of movement and the expensiveness of Vanilla ways to deal with it. Now there’s an easy, standalone way to deal with working underwater: Simple Diving Gear.

How to install:
- Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.
- Locate the minecraft application folder.
- On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.
- On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for Minecraft.
- Place the mod you have just downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
- When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the mod is installed.
