Basically, it deals with stuff related to farming like renewable energy production, breeding of trees, bees, and butterflies. Once you start building your farm you need to pay close attention to the needs of the farm related to water. The desert areas will require more water compared to other places where there is more humidity, for example, the jungle.

The energy for your farm is very important so you must choose one of the three power sources that use: peat fired, biogas or clockwork. The Forestry Mod allows you to build you dream farm right after you have a farm generator. You can construct the farmable land around the generator. Even the generator can collect the fruits from trees.

To farm other kinds of plants you will need to add a new circuit to the center of the generator. By using this circuit method you also can farm multiple items within the same generator.
